Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of classes and its refund depends upon the terms of the applicable policy that is as follows:

1. Cancellation of classes and its refund is possible in the following cases:
2. If a student is unable to start class due to some genuine reason. This should be notified to The Big Achievers office via e-mail or phone within 7 days from the start date of sessions.
3. The Big Achievers is unable to organise sessions as per stipulated schedule
4. Enrolment is cancelled by SThe Big Achievers.
5. Your preferred timings do not match with your chosen teacher’s timing and there is no available option of another teacher.
6. The course is not completed in stipulated time and there is no time for extra sessions.

If cancellation of enrolmentis made by Student

• Cancellation of enrolment made up to 3-5 days before scheduled start of session – 100 % refund with no penalty
• Cancellation of enrolment made up to 1-2 days before scheduled start of session – 80% refund
• Cancellation of enrolment made anytime on the scheduledday ofsession to start– 50 % refund

If cancellation of enrolment is made by The Big Achievers

• Any time up to the start of scheduled session- 100 % refund with no penalty

• Cancellation of classes and its refund will not be provided in the following cases:
• If the student has not requested a refund in a genuine case within 7 daysfrom the start date of sessions.
• If students do not attend classes or discontinue due to their reasons and wish.
• Your preferred timings do not match with your chosen teacher’s timing but there is an available option of another teacher.
• The course is not completed in stipulated time because of student missing the classes.
• In case of refund, when applicable, no refund will be made for the sessions already conducted with the respective student.

• We have one to one interaction with parents and student to hear out the grievance and try to work out a solution.
