The Big Achievers is a Platform for the introduction of one or more Teachers to the Students.

The “Student”is the person who receives the teaching service through sessions of “Teachers”. The Client agrees to these terms and conditions which relate toThe Big Achievers.

The Termination or Conclusion of the Agreement occurs when all of the obligations under this contract are complete or discharged, excluding the ongoing undertakings in this contract. The conclusion of the Agreement will typically occur at the end of the final lesson but may occur at another time in accordance with this contract

This is to extend an understanding how we deal with the management of our users and the use of this platform for their relevant purpose. The members will be referred as you and The Big Achievers will be referred as we in the remaining documents.The individuals reserve all the rights not to join the services in case of disagreement with the terms and conditions. However, after joining; the members will be bound to abide the terms and conditions. Terms and Conditions for Parents/Students

The Big Achievers will facilitate finding a Teacher that best suit Student’s requirement but it does not guarantee any success of any kind in any examination or test that your child may undertake.

You understand that the final decision to choose a particular Teacher for your child is yours.

You will pay tuition fee through our platform only in which we will pay the amount to the teacher at the end of your sessions only after getting class reports.

You will not ask the Teacher for any identity proof and qualification records or contact details before starting classes or after starting classes.

If you do not agree to these terms you are requested immediately NOT TO USE THIS PLATFORM.

Data Protection

The Client agrees that they will not disclose any confidential information concerning the Teachers to any person for the duration of this agreement and for a period of five years after termination of the agreement, save as required by law, court order or any governmental or regulatory authority.

Changes in the terms and conditions

The terms and conditions are subject to alteration as per the sole discretion of the company.The Big Achievers reserves rights to change the terms and conditions at any time without any notice. The student

The student may register with the basic information according to the requirement. The demand for services will be submitted through a demand form carrying subject requirements and academic level for the tuition required.

The students have mandatory liability to share the feedback after trial class and availing the service of the Teacher. The students are also liable to give rating to the Teachers; in order to assess the performance of the Teachers and quality control.

The financial requirements will only be fulfilled after finding the right person.

The students will not be bound with a single Teacher for multiple subjects; they can hire services of a subject matter specialist for each of the required subject.

Services

The site offers a linkage opportunity for those seeking tuition services to connect with those who are looking for these kinds of services. As independent service providers hired by students, Teachers have all the rights to control the methods, materials and all aspects of the lessons; however quality assessment will be the liability of the site.

In order to hire an appropriate Teacher, the students have been provided chances to check the credentials and feedback from the previous clients; here referred as students. The site will facilitate all necessary facilitation regarding selection of the best possible Teachers from the site database.
